Ed Sheeran will be touring Australia and New Zealand

Ed Sheeran is returning to Australia and New Zealand next year. The British musician announced an eight-date tour, therefore becoming the first artist to do a national arena tour solo in the last 20 years. He’ll embark on this adventure the following March and April, accompanied by his acoustic guitar. Fans will be able to purchase the tickets at a low price of $87 plus the booking fees. This is a good price, in comparison to what Australians are used to pay to see their favorite international artists. The performer wanted to make sure that the tickets will be accessible to all his fans. Pre-sale tickets can be bought starting September 29 on Ed Sheeran’s official website. Normal tickets can be acquired starting October 2.

Michael Guddinski, head organizer of ‘Frontier Touring’ appreciates that the performer is ensuring that everyone can buy cheap tickets and get good seats at his concerts, not just the privileged ones. Nowadays is not that common for an artist to look after the fans like he does. All the fans should get the chance to participate at this kind of events. This would be Sheeran’s fourth time touring Australia and New Zealand. All his shows back in 2012 were sold out and the same thing happened in 2013. He also performed six intimate concerts in Melbourne and Sydney at the beginning of 2014, celebrating the release of his second album ‘X’.
