Rita Ora will replace Kylie Minogue as a coach on UK’s ‘The Voice’

The fourth season of UK’s ‘The Voice’ version will come with a change in the coaching team. Rita Ora, who worked with Adidas in the past, will join the team in this new season. Kylie Minogue decided to quit the show where she is coaching together with Will.I.Am from Black Eyed Peas, Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson, leading singer for Kaiser Chiefs. The main reason is that she will be touring this fall and she won’t have the time to do both.

Rita Ora is the singer with the most number-one singles on the UK charts in 2012 and also the second British solo artist to have achieved four number ones in the UK. She managed to sell millions of her debut album and she will be starring in the upcoming production ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ in 2015. ‘The Voice’ team will start the blind auditions in Manchester next month, in preparation for the new season that will start airing in early January on BBC 1. The new addition to the show, Rita Ora, stated that she is very excited to be part of this and she really hopes to coach a winning team. She is looking forward to spin on her red chair and have some fun.

Charlotte Moore, creative leader at BBC 1, talks very kindly about Rita Ora, stating that she will only have good influence on the show, with her particular style and her exciting attitude. She will spice things up, alongside the other members of the coaching team. Charlotte also announced at the beginning of 2014 that the show was renewed for two more seasons.
