Abu Omar said the Islamic State strongly relies on its foreign members in order to carry out its mission. In the end, the sheer violence became too much for him to handle. Last week, when the airstrikes fell upon Raqqa, Abu Omar and a few of his militant partners found the perfect opportunity to disappear. He still wishes for a strong caliphate in that region, however, he believes these last few actions are not the right solution. He is still haunted by all the violent crimes he witnessed.
