Blackberry vice-president of global product management Francois Mahieu had this goal in mind as he said that customer feedback had influenced the makings of Blackberry Classic: “You told us you love keyboards, you love your Blackberry. You told us that maybe the Q 10 was just a little bit difficult to use. And therefore, we are bringing back that utility belt that is the trademark of Blackberry.”Mahieu adressed the concerns of this possibly being a backtracking but it is actually a more subtle approach to bring back what we all liked. Easier accesibility. The hard keys, menu button and trackpad will return in order to ensure customer satisfaction. After all, that’s what the majority wants.
