Windows 10 coming in Summer or Fall 2015

Windows 10 is the latest operating system from Microsoft and people are getting more and more interested in the OS each day. Even though the company didn’t announce when Windows 10 would finally debut, they did say that it might take up to 2 years to finalize the interface and fix all performance and UI issues testers are reporting.

Microsoft said that the earliest they would be able to release Windows 10 would be in September 2015, but it seems their progress has gone faster than expected and we might see Windows 10 in stores by August. Yet another developer preview of Windows 10 should be released in June 2015, after which Microsoft should be ready to launch the OS to the public as late as September, but not later. That means that even though some didn’t expect the company to be ready with Windows 10 by Fall 2015, sources seem to be sure that there will not be any delays. That remains to be seen. Since the technical and developer previews have been pretty fruitful, we don’t expect Microsoft to encounter a lot of trouble with the Windows 10 release, but you never know what kind of error can sneak in there.

Windows 10 is not only a simple operating system, instead it is much like Windows 8.1, a cross-device OS which is already being tested on Microsoft smartphones internally. As per the Redmond company, Windows 10 should be sent out to all Windows Phone 8-based Lumia devices when it is officially released. Tablets are also in the visor, and Microsoft will reportedly show off Windows 10 mobile sometime in January to see some reactions. Windows 10 is a promising new upgrade and we honestly hope that it will loose some of Windows 8 and find some of Windows 7 in its core. In any case, we are eager to see Windows 10 run on Microsoft smartphones and tablets in the future.
