2015 Golden Globes was a festive gathering of nominated titles in the Motion Picture branch, especially for Richard Linklater’s Boyhood and Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel, which left as recipients. Boyhood was probably the most privileged movie of the evening, as it left the awards with three great prizes. The life-spanning story of young Mason was named The Best Motion Picture – Drama and its director, Richard Linklater won the award for Best Director and actress Patricia Arquette aka Mom won the prize of Best Supporting Actress. As for The Grand Budapest Hotel, the puzzle-like adventure of Gustave H was nominated for the following categories: Best Director – Motion Picture (Wes Anderson), Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy (Ralph Fiennes) and Best Screenplay – Motion Picture (Wes Anderson) and left as recipient of Best Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical category.
