The Korean tech giant put on quite a show introducing the new Samsung Galaxy A7. It is the slimmest Galaxy devices yet, equipped with premium grade hardware and packing some neat looks. The social experience features on the new Samsung Galaxy A7 make the device quite the crowd-pleaser as it is made to go along with social media platforms.
The CEO and Head of IT & Mobile Communication within Samsung Electronics, JK Shin, stated that the Samsung Galaxy A7 is “combining both a stunning metallic design and a powerful performance, … while delivering the superior user experience.” In regards to the market orientation for the new device he said: “We strive to develop devices that appeal to a broad range of consumers and are ahead of the next big social trend.”
The hardware on the Samsung Galaxy A7 is quite the bowler for just a social-media oriented device. The chip is comprised out of two separate quad-core processors, making complex multitasking look like it is nothing. The internal storage on the machine tops up at 16 GB, backed with 2 GB of RAM for any app the user would desire to use. Towering on these, the battery on the Samsung Galaxy A7 is quite big for such a smartphone, 2600 mAh to be exact.
Some of the features that are made available for the Samsung Galaxy A7 are the 5 MP selfie-camera, the “Ultra Wide Shot” and the “Auto selfie” modes. The “Auto selfie” makes it possible for users to automatically snap a picture with just a gesture of the hand or a voice command; selfie extravaganza incoming!! The LTE Category 4 support makes uploading photos and videos on any social platform a push-to-do sort kind of task. The design on the Samsung Galaxy A7 screams… PREMIUM. The device has a full-metal unibody, quite slim at 6.3 mm and has a nice feeling to it. So for all those social media freaks out there…. What are you waiting for?
