Not all countries in the world are doing great. Some are still plagued by troubles such as poverty and crime; but then there are places that are on a whole different level. These are the places where the government has broken down to such a point that it is no longer able to provide the most basic services that it’s supposed to deliver. When that happens to a nation, it gets the distinction of being called a failed state. Here are ten places where order has disintegrated or is in the process of disintegrating.
1.Iraq
Saddam Hussein was a brutal dictator who kept the country under his very tight control. After he was overthrown by the United States, the country started a descent into instability and chaos. Millions have fled the country and poverty and violence is rampant. Now, it has to deal with ISIS.
