2. Lee Harvey Oswald
The United States government claimed that Oswald was the one responsible for assassinating John F. Kennedy. Oswald was a former member of the United States Marine Corps. He also defected to the Soviet Union but moved back later on to the States. He was killed by Jack Ruby on November 24, 1963.
