One of his notable actions was ordering a military operation that resulted in the death of the founder of the notorious Al-Qaeda group, Osama bin Laden.
4. Xi Jinping
Xi holds the three most powerful posts in China which are the following; the General Secretary of Communist Party of China, President of the People’s Republic of China and Chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, making him the most powerful Chinese ruler. He is fighting hard against corruption in his government and building strong alliances for the good of the economy.
