It may be recommended by adults up and down the land, but eating too much too young can set up health issues for children. Some types are worse than others and at least when cooked at home, it can be healthier. The amount of oil can be limited and the skin can be removed. Pre-cooked pieces will often contain MSG as this is considered a flavor enhancer. It can however have serious side effects, such as allowing the brain to become over stimulated and this can lead to the destruction of brain cells.
