The best Android games are pretty hard to come across on the Google Play Store because there’s just too many to choose from. If you are a big Android gamer, you probably have your favorite games which you don’t stray from, but for those of you who are constantly looking for the best Android games out there, we’ve come up with a list of what we liked best among November releases.
No matter what kind of games you like, we’ve got the best Android games lined up for you. Having a comprehensive selection of the best Android games you can find is a pretty good idea if you overuse your mobile gadgets and carry them around everywhere. That’s because you never know when an awkward or boring situation arises, and a game can save the day. Imagine being on a date in a sketchy little bar, and you hit a standstill in your conversation with your crush. Since these types of awkward silences sometimes last a while, you can whip out your smartphone and implicitly, the best Android games you’ve gathered on it, and tell your crush about them a bit, maybe you’ll find out what hidden passions they have.
Anyway, here’s our selection of the best Android games of November. We hope you find titles to your liking and that our list fills a hole some finished game (World of Goo, anyone?) has left in your heart, ehem, smartphone.
1. Lollipop Land
This is among the best Android games of November because it’s actually an Android 5.0 Lollipop Easter Egg and it’s by far the coolest Easter Egg we’ve found ever. It’s basically Flappy Bird, but with Lollipops, how can that not be awesome? What’s even better about it is that you don’t have to download, install or tamper with the game whatsoever, since the moment your smartphone receives Android 5.0 Lollipop (or you have the Nexus 6 or Nexus 9) you also get Lollipop Land. For those of you who don’t have the new mobile OS yet or their phones or tablets are not on the list to receive the update anytime soon, you can also find it on the Google Play Store. Rejoice, since this small game is one of the best Android games of the month.
2. Vampire Crystals ZombieRevenge
This Android games is a dual-stick shooter, best for those of you who like Android games. It managed to score a position on our best Android games of November thanks to its beautiful and detailed graphics, smooth gameplay and funny characters. You are a vampire residing in Creepyland and are tasked with taking out the zombies invading the world. You get a variety of weapons and items to log around and use to dispose of the zombies. This is among my favorite dual-stick shooters, and it definitely deserves a spot on our best Android games of the month.
3. Shred It!
If you’re into runners, this is definitely the best Android game for you. As you can probably deduce from the title, the games has to do with papercraft. In Shred It! you can play a variety of characters and basically you have to snowboard down a hill and avoid obstacles. While it seems boring at first, you’ll find the game very entertaining since each run is randomly generated, so that you don’t get bored. You also have a race mode in which you can run against the clock and beat records, which is a neat feature.
4. Cars: Fast as Lightning
If you are a fan of Cars, and I’m sure many of you are, this is going to be the perfect racing game for you. Honestly, it made the best Android games of November list because of the funny characters, atmosphere and the great animations. Voice acting in the games is also very notable and it was a great touch that I enjoyed. As you can probably deduce, you can race with characters from the animated Cars movie, and it will be suitable for your niece, daughter, nephew, son, grandson, cousin or smaller sibling, too, since it’s more cartoonish than aggressive.
5. South Park: Pinball
Here’s another game for animation fans, specifically for those of you who like the crude humor of South Park – the series. I’m a South Park fan and while I don’t enjoy pinball whatsoever, this game made it fun, just because of the funny, representative dialogue and characters. I think this one is the best Android game in the pinball category this month and you should definitely try it. The powerups and sound effects are also great, come to think of it.
