The basis of this program is that you do the moves for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds, repeat this eight times and then rest. This can be push ups, squats, burpees anything. Just your determination is required to do the best that you can in the time set…there is no point tricking yourself.
The app itself is a timer to make the session possible, set the number of cycles that you want to do and then hit the start button.
