Have you been working out for a while, but not seeing the results you hoped for? There can be a lot of factors as to why you’re not losing weight or toning up. Here are the reasons why your workout isn’t working. Maybe you are guilty of one or more things on this list.
1. You’re not changing your diet
Remember 70% diet and 30% exercise. You can do a hundred crunches a day but if you still eat that Big Mac and Large fries, you won’t see any improvements.
