People are becoming more and more health conscious these days and choosing what you snack on is very important if you want to stay in track of your health. There are a lot of snacks that we thought were healthy, but really they aren’t. Here are just some of those that you should be staying away from.
1. Diet Soda
It is true that normal sugar (that we know are bad for us) isn’t used for the “diet” variety, but they use artificial sugar instead that does worse and has links to cancer, so just don’t drink soda all together.
2. Dried fruit
It may seem like a healthy snack because it is fruit, but dried fruits are packed with sugar to such an extent it’s like eating normal candy.
