Packaged instant oatmeal is very convenient, however those instant ones are full of sugar and so much empty calories that it doesn’t give you the healthy benefits that regular oatmeal does.

Smoothies are packed with fruits and vegetable, but it’s easy to over do it and go for the larger sizes. It may be nutritious, but too much can pack unnecessary sugar and calories. Proceed with caution.
